Bringing your store online is included in your plan and does not use any of your allowance.
Each plan also includes ten hours of work, primarily for preparing front, back and colour visuals of your garments and creating new embroidery fonts, within the ten included hours.
As a guide, creating a new font takes around one hour. Preparing the visuals of one garment in all its base colours also takes around one hour.
FANCIZ Pro is not only a store; it is your website. You can add pages, present your workshop, equipment, references or points of sale, add sections and reorganise the layout. This work is included in the ten hours provided with your plan, within the limit of those ten included hours.
Beyond those ten hours, work is billed at €60 excl. VAT per hour, in thirty-minute increments.
Support is included, does not use those hours, and our team is available by telephone from Monday to Friday. You speak to someone who knows your setup and your trade.
Beyond the ten included hours, custom developments and external integrations are quoted separately.
The client remains responsible for products, lead times, customers and legal duties.
The client retains their brand, domain, content, catalogue and data.
The FANCIZ engine is licensed and may not be resold, copied or sublicensed.
