Three hundred caps. Three hundred names. One atelier.
FANCIZ Pro puts our French embroidery atelier and its live 3D configurator to work for teams, boutiques and maisons. Programmes from 25 pieces, zero-inventory capsules, a counter on your shop floor, or the platform under your own name — proofed in 3D, stitched to the centimetre, invoiced to French standards.

What runs behind the needle
Everything below is in service today at fanciz.com — the same configurator, atelier pipeline and back-office offered through every programme on this page.

Design at the letter level
The configurator renders embroidery live: 26 fonts whose glyphs are photographs of real satin stitching, recoloured to any of 79 threads, with per-letter colour and size, 7 monogram layouts, 6 text shapes and up to 8 designs per face — each placed by hand inside centimetre-accurate hoops.

Proof in real-time 3D
Orbit the cap before a single stitch. Raised and 3D-puff lettering renders as real extruded relief at 2.0 and 4.5 millimetres, with camera presets for every face. For professional orders, the 3D proof is the approval artifact — not a flat mockup.

An order pipeline built for production
The backoffice follows every piece from payment to parcel: a status pipeline through production, stitching and QC, staff assignment, Colissimo label generation, refunds and redo flow, and a factory-ready spec PDF generated for every order.

A catalogue you calibrate yourself
The zone calibrator maps each product photograph to physical centimetres, so hoops, embroidery zones and pricing stay true to the garment. Categories, models, colourways, threads and every fee are managed in admin, without code.
The full inventory
The creative and production engine, as shipped.
One build, every screen
The same responsive configurator wears four visual identities — studio, mosaic, jungle, sea — in French and English, from desktop to shop-floor tablet to phone.

Four ways in
Four depths of engagement, one engine. Start with a programme, grow into a capsule or a counter, or take the platform itself.
FANCIZ Éditions
Managed programmes for teams and events, from 25 pieces. Every cap or garment carries its wearer's name or three-initial monogram within a single production run: our studio prepares presets in your brand colours, a coordinator link collects each recipient's personalisation in the live configurator, and the order ships with a per-piece production spec and one consolidated French invoice. Three hundred caps become three hundred individual pieces, without a spreadsheet crossing your desk.
- A different name on every unit, per-letter styling
- Brand matched across 79 threads, metallic and glow included
- Approval on a live 3D proof, not mockups
- Factory spec per order: hoop stages, centimetres, thread codes
- One consolidated TVA invoice, tracked Colissimo delivery
- Typical production 10 business days after proof approval
Capsule par FANCIZ
For labels, hotels, clubs and events that want a collection, not a giveaway. The FANCIZ studio curates the capsule with you: a restricted set of models, a locked thread palette and preset compositions your customers personalise within, so every piece stays on brand and still belongs to one person. Production runs made to order as sales come in — no stock to buy, none to write off. Sell on your channels at wholesale terms, or host the drop on FANCIZ with the public gallery, likes and remixing as its social layer.
- Co-design session with the studio, sample included
- Locked palette from 79 threads, 26 real-stitch fonts
- Buyers personalise within your rules: initials, names, accents
- Made to order: no minimum, no unsold stock
- Hosted drops with moderated gallery, likes and remixing
- Fulfilment, TVA invoicing, tracking and redos handled
Le Comptoir
A retail pilot that turns a corner of your boutique or lobby into a personalisation desk. Clients compose their piece on a tablet, in French or English, with the live 3D preview as counter theatre; orders flow to our atelier and finished pieces return by tracked Colissimo on a weekly cycle. The configurator wears one of our four identity themes to suit your interior — the same responsive build running at fanciz.com today. You keep the client moment and the margin on the experience; we keep the needle, the calibration and the logistics.
- Tablet configurator in FR and EN, live 3D preview
- On-device AI clean-up for client photo uploads
- Four identity themes: studio, mosaic, jungle, sea
- Weekly atelier batching, tracked Colissimo returns
- Launch training, display assortment, monthly sell-through report

From brief to delivery
Tell us the project
Choose your depth: a 25-piece programme, a capsule, a counter in your boutique, or the platform itself. Someone from the atelier replies within one business day.
Approve it in 3D
We prepare the design and a live 3D proof of the actual stitch geometry. If you want it in hand first, an embroidered sample ships in 5 to 7 business days for 49 EUR, credited against your first order.
We stitch to a spec
Each order becomes a factory spec: hoop stages in centimetres, thread factory codes, per-piece personalisation. Typical production runs 10 business days after proof approval, in one French atelier.
Delivered and accounted for
Tracked Colissimo delivery — bulk to your office, or per-recipient to pickup points. One consolidated sequential TVA invoice for finance. Anything wrong is redone at no charge.
Three programmes, three shapes
«We approved one 3D proof and shared one link. Every associate typed their own initials — the caps arrived personal, and the spreadsheet never existed.»
«The counter sells a cap the guest designs at check-in. We stock nothing beyond the display pieces, and it is quietly the best margin in the lobby.»
«Three hundred caps sold in six weeks and we never bought a single blank. Every buyer styled their own inside our palette, and each piece still reads as ours.»
Questions, answered
What are the minimums?
Corporate programmes start at 25 pieces, with tiers at 50 and 150; capsules are made to order with no minimum. The Comptoir pilot carries no unit commitment, and the Studio Licence is a twelve-month engagement. A single embroidered sample costs 49 EUR (apparel 69 EUR), credited against a first order of 25 pieces or more.
How long does production take?
Samples ship in 5 to 7 business days. Programme production typically runs 10 business days after you approve the 3D proof, plus tracked Colissimo delivery. One atelier stitches everything, which is why lead times hold and quality stays consistent.
How does per-recipient personalisation work at volume?
The per-letter engine puts a different name or monogram on every unit of a single production run. Our studio prepares presets in your brand palette, and a coordinator link collects each recipient's personalisation in the live configurator. You approve the frame once; the name lists and artwork ping-pong disappear.
What do you need from us, and what does the workshop receive?
A logo or artwork in any common format is enough; uploads are cleaned with on-device AI background removal and approved on the 3D proof. The workshop works from a per-order spec PDF: hoop stages in centimetres, positions, thread factory codes and garment sizes. We do not generate DST or PES machine files today — for licensees stitching in-house, the spec PDF is the handoff.
How do invoicing, compliance and returns work?
Every order carries a sequential French invoice (FZ numbering, TVA 20 percent), consolidated for programmes. GDPR data export and erasure are built into the platform, and the redo policy replaces a faulty piece at no charge. Shipping is tracked Colissimo across France, with CN23 customs documentation for export orders on request.
What does the Studio Licence include, and is there an API?
A dedicated single-tenant deployment: your domain, your data, your Stripe account, plus the full configurator and production backoffice, onboarded by the team that built the platform. There is no public API today — integration is guided, and an embeddable module with order webhooks is in a design-partner phase you can apply to join. Licence agreements include a non-compete clause, with priority given to partners outside the premium headwear segment.
