The first day. The lobby. The season. The drop.
Wherever your business puts a name on something worth keeping, there is a door here — a programme, a capsule, a counter on your floor, or the platform under your own name. Each from a clear price.

Six profiles, four doors
Find yourself below — each profile maps to one of the four doors detailed on FANCIZ Pro.
Companies, HR & agencies
HR teams and agencies ordering onboarding kits, offsite gifts and client merch, 25–300 pieces.
Bulk merch dies in a drawer; the name spreadsheet always carries one misspelling.
One production run, a different name or monogram on every unit. A coordinator link collects each recipient's entry in the live configurator, you approve a single 3D proof instead of rounds of flat mockups, and the run ships by tracked Colissimo with one consolidated TVA invoice.
A 120-person consultancy circulates one link before its summer offsite; 120 caps arrive carrying 120 different initials, from one approved proof and one invoice.
Hotels & restaurants
Boutique hotels, resorts and restaurant groups wanting a guest keepsake with real margin.
The lobby boutique sells forgettable merch; embroidered stock means seasonal risk and another supplier.
Le Comptoir turns a metre of lobby into a personalisation desk. Guests compose their piece on a tablet, in French or English, with the live 3D preview as counter theatre; orders batch weekly to the atelier and return by tracked Colissimo. Staff caps reorder on the same relationship.
A 60-room hotel runs the counter at check-in with a small display assortment — an average personalised sale around 41 EUR, and nothing held in stock beyond the display pieces.
Boutiques & concept stores
Independent boutiques and concept stores wanting an own-name line without buying blanks.
Private label means minimum runs, cash tied up in stock, and end-of-season write-offs.
Capsule par FANCIZ builds a house line stitched under both names. The studio locks a model set, a thread palette drawn from 79 references, and preset compositions your customers personalise within — produced to order as pieces sell, with fulfilment, TVA invoicing and no-charge redos handled.
A Marais concept store retails a 12-composition cap-and-bonnet capsule at 59 EUR, sells 140 units across a season, and never owns a single blank.
Ateliers & workshops
Embroidery, leather and garment workshops with real craft, paper order-taking and no live proofing.
Every custom order burns a week of email mockups before a needle moves.
The Studio Licence is a dedicated single-tenant deployment of the machine behind fanciz.com — the configurator, a centimetre-calibrated zone calibrator to onboard your own garments, the order pipeline, editable pricing, Stripe checkout and sequential French invoicing. Stitch in your own workshop from the per-order spec PDF, or fulfil through the FANCIZ atelier at partner rates. By application, limited slots.
A Lyon workshop puts its 30-garment catalogue behind its own domain; customers approve their own 3D proofs, and the bench works from spec sheets instead of email threads.
Creators & independent labels
D2C labels, designers and creators whose audience wants pieces, not print-on-demand.
A drop means fronting cash and guessing quantities; print-on-demand quality undercuts the brand.
Capsule par FANCIZ runs made-to-order drops in real embroidery — stitch heights from 0.4 to 4.5 mm, fonts photographed from actual satin stitching — where buyers personalise initials or a name inside your locked palette. Host the drop on FANCIZ with the public gallery, likes and remixing on revenue share, or sell through your own channels at wholesale.
A label sells 300 caps in a six-week hosted drop — every buyer styles their own initials inside the palette, zero inventory bought, revenue share settled per piece.
Clubs, associations & events
Sports clubs, associations, festivals and event planners with a date that will not move.
One crest for everyone feels flat; collecting names and money is unpaid volunteer work.
An Éditions programme puts the crest in 4.5 mm puff relief and each member's name or number on the same run. Every member enters their own personalisation through one coordinator link, the committee approves a single 3D proof, and delivery lands bulk at the clubhouse or per-member via Colissimo pickup points — one consolidated TVA invoice for the treasury.
A padel club of 70 members orders crested caps with individual names — one link in the group chat, one proof, delivery about two weeks after approval.

Moments that call for a needle
Three walkthroughs, brief to parcel
The offsite programme
Send the logo, brand colours, headcount and date. The atelier replies within one business day with a model recommendation and thread matches from the 79-thread range; if you want the stitching in hand first, an embroidered sample ships in 5 to 7 business days, credited against the order.
The studio locks the frame: cap model, thread palette, monogram layout, position on the front face. A live 3D proof of the master design arrives with a coordinator link — your people type their own name or initials inside the locked frame, and the list assembles itself.
The list closes and you approve the 3D proof once, locking the frame for the entire run. Each piece becomes its own line in the factory spec — hoop stages in centimetres, thread factory codes, that wearer's name — with typical production 10 business days after approval.
Tracked Colissimo, either the full run to your office or per-recipient to pickup points. Finance receives one consolidated, sequentially numbered TVA invoice, and anything wrong is redone at no charge.
The counter in the lobby
One conversation and a scoping visit settle the display assortment, where the counter lives, and the identity theme the tablet wears — studio, mosaic, jungle or sea. The Comptoir runs as a limited pilot, so the fit conversation is honest in both directions.
The studio locks the counter presets — a curated model set, a house thread palette, positions calibrated to the centimetre — and stitches your display pieces on the standard production run. Staff train on the tablet flow, in French and English, before opening.
A guest composes at the counter, with the live 3D preview and on-device AI clean-up for photo uploads, and pays on the spot. Orders batch weekly to the atelier, each carrying its own factory spec; finished pieces return by tracked Colissimo to your desk or ship direct to the guest.
A monthly sell-through report and one monthly invoice. Display restocks ride the same weekly cycle, and the palette adjusts with the season alongside the studio.
The drop that never bought a blank
You bring the direction; the studio brings the constraints that keep a capsule coherent — a restricted model set, a locked palette from 79 threads, preset compositions buyers personalise within. The session ends with the capsule rules written down and a sample on the machine.
The sample arrives, you approve the master compositions on the live 3D proof, and you choose the route — wholesale through your own channels, or a FANCIZ-hosted drop with the public gallery, likes and remixing as its social layer.
The drop opens. Each sale is one buyer's composition inside your rules and one per-order factory spec — hoop stages in centimetres, thread codes, that buyer's personalisation — nothing stitched before it sells, nothing written off after.
Pieces ship direct to buyers by tracked Colissimo, with TVA invoicing and no-charge redos handled by the atelier. Wholesale batches invoice as they ship; hosted drops settle against a revenue-share statement, closed with a recap of pieces, palettes and reorder candidates.
